This is a picture of our new digs, called the Episcopal Divinity School - EDS for short. We miss our old chapel but that is old news. We have been extremely busy. Last week Dad had an epidural with 2 needles and much more pain than previously but the results seem much better. We had an interview with our area CES supervisor the day of my surgery that lasted over 3 hours until 20 minutes before we had to leave for our Wednesday teaching assignment. We have also been teaching at Tufts Dental School on Fridays. We will have a couple of weeks off at the end of August.We had two in service training sessions with our two stakes. They went very well. They were pleased and so were we. All but a couple of the teachers came. The stake leaders carried out their responsibilities well and did a great job. The programs are in much better shape than last year.
The Sister missionaries came for dinner last Sunday evening along with an investigator. Betty is a young adult from China and is scheduled for baptism this Saturday. Saturday is also the day Suzanne and her ward (including Thomas for the first time) are coming to the Boston Temple for baptisms. We are planning to be at both events, which are next door to each other.
Life is busy. Life is good. The Lord has been generous with His tender mercies for our family.

The 4th of July is a big thing in Boston, the center of the Revolutionary War. Neil Diamond sang with the Boston Pops Orchestra which we viewed from our apartment (via TV). We could see from our apt. window the fireworks from the St. Charles River.

Thomas Liddle was ordained a deacon and received the Aaronic Priesthood from his Grandfather. What a privilege for me.
Our group went on a tour to Topsfield MA. the place where Joseph Smith's Grandfather lived.

Wow, those are some beautiful pictures. I think it's pretty cool that you get to travel around and visit the church history sites. It is always nice to see Fresh Pond, I feel like it is becoming an old friend. My favorite has got to be the picture you took of the fireworks - on your TV. Awesome. Love you guys!!!
oooooh I just love all these pictures! I wish I could come visit- but then i remember how an infant and a toddler do when traveling and I stop wishing. I'm glad to see you are enjoying it though! xoxo~nat

What an honor to have Dad ordain Thomas a deacon. Thanks again for taking the time and for being who you are. It has been a blessing to grow up in a family with a father that honors his priesthood and uses it to serve others.
It is such fun to live the missionary life vicariously through you. What a beautiful part of the country you get to enjoy. We miss you, but it doesn't seem so far with the great pictures - it's good to see Suzanne and Thomas, too!
