Our Journey Continues

take a look at our MTC door
Pioneer cabin at Winter Quarters

Modern video presentation at Independence

Gingerbread house display at Winter Quarter from
all over the world. There were over 100.

The Statue of Christ.

Original Key to Liberty Jail

The blacksmith was making our horseshoe

Brigham Young's original home in Nauvoo.
He built it himself.

Where Joseph and Emma are buried at Nauvoo.

The Nauvoo missionaries put on a nightly show.
It was a lot of fun.

My night photos need some work.
Beautiful building.

Better in the day light. It's actually whiter in person.
What can I say - we were caught red handed.
Actually, this is Carthage Jail, where Joseph
and Hyrum were killed by a mob. There is
an actual bullet hole in the door, the ball that
killed Hyrum. It was very moving. In this
cold winter weather, we were sometimes the
only visitor for the moment or the day. We
feel very honored to see such historical and
moving sites. We love you all.
